Privacy policy
Last updated Invalid Date
This policy explains what Scalaix collects when you use scalaix.com, the console, the gateway and published endpoints, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account details. Your name, email address and password (stored as a hash), or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google. Your team and its members.
Content you create. Projects, keys (we store only a hash of each key), collections, endpoint definitions, versions and changelogs.
Requests you send. To answer a gateway or endpoint request we process its content (messages, inputs) and the model's answer. When caching is on, answers are stored for the time you set. For each request we keep usage records: time, key, model, token counts, cost, latency, cache and fallback details, status and error code. We don't use your request content to train models.
Technical data. IP address, browser and device details, and logs of access and errors, used for security, rate limiting and debugging.
Billing. Credit balances and purchases. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
How we use it
To run the service, bill usage, enforce the rules you set on keys, keep the service secure, answer support requests and tell you about changes to the service. We don't sell personal data.
Who we share it with
- Model providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) receive the content of the requests you route to them, under their API terms. When your team uses its own provider key, the request goes to that provider under your agreement with them.
- Infrastructure and payment providers that host the service and process payments for us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Usage records are kept for billing and reporting. Cached answers expire at the TTL you set. When you delete a project, its keys stop working and its published APIs stop answering.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export or delete your account data. Write to privacy@scalaix.com.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in (an httpOnly session cookie), remember your active team and your theme. We don't use advertising cookies.
Changes
We'll post changes here and update the date above. For significant changes we'll also tell you by email.
