Terms of service
Last updated Invalid Date
These terms apply when you use Scalaix: scalaix.com, the console, the gateway and the endpoints you publish. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you use Scalaix for an organization, that organization.
Your account
Keep your password and API keys secret. You're responsible for activity under your account and keys. Revoke a key as soon as you think it has leaked.
Using the service
You may use Scalaix to build and run your own products. You must not use it to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send malware, to attack or overload the service, or in ways the model providers' usage policies prohibit. We may suspend keys or accounts that do.
Your content
You own the prompts, definitions, inputs and outputs you create. You give us the rights we need to run the service for you: storing them, sending requests to the model providers you choose and returning answers. Model outputs can be wrong; check them before relying on them.
Published endpoints and docs
You decide whether a project's API docs are public. Anyone with a valid key for the project can call its published endpoints, within the key's rules.
Billing
Usage is billed in credits at the prices shown on the pricing page when the request runs. Credits are deducted as you use them. Purchased credits aren't refundable except where the law requires. When your team runs out of credits, requests stop until you add more.
Availability
We work to keep Scalaix available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. Providers can fail; fallback and caching reduce but don't remove that risk.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms; we'll post the new version here and tell you about significant changes. You can stop using Scalaix at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Scalaix is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
